MicroBio - pH Control Systems
Control pH with our Neptune Apex control system. CO2 dosing is automated with adjustable set points. pH electrodes are standard BNC type connections which allow for affordable routine replacement. All controls are custom installed and pre-programmed in a non-metallic weather-proof enclosure. The large size of the enclosure allows for multiple control modules and motor controllers to share a single enclosure reducing the price. The enclosures come standard with a filtered-fan cooling system. Wall mounting hardware is supplied standard or the enclosure can be mounted directly to any paddle wheel frame for an RW22-101.

Neptune Fusion is an automated control and data logging system built for the cloud. The web based interface allows you to operate and monitor your raceways via your Phone, Tablet, or Laptop anywhere anytime. There are no apps or software to buy. Easily set and monitor pH with CO2 dosing. Monitor salinity, dissolved oxygen, and temperature. Additional modules are easy to install so you can expand your system down the road. If you don`t have internet the system is still fully functional with a local connection.
Multiple ponds share a single enclosure
With standard temperature monitoring and pH control up to six individual raceways control systems can be housed in a single enclosure. Power input is 110-230VAC, 50-60Hz. Internet is required for all the cloud based operating features.
Neptune control system in weather-proof enclosure
We provide custom installations of Neptune control systems in weather-proof enclosures. The fan-cooled fiberglass enclosures hold the Neptune base unit, power supply, CO2 manifold w/solenoid valves, and probe modules. Additional modules can be self-installed in the future. Cables are routed through wire duct to keep the system clean and simple.
