PID Analyzers - Model 107 -Stack Gas Analyzer
The Model 107+ is a Stack Gas Analyzer that can measure high ppm or % levels of combustion gases such as SO2, NO, NO2 CO, O2 & CO2 and has the capability to add up to 4 sensors: CO2 plus 3 EC sensors. The Model 107 includes the choice of one CG Snap-On Module with one EC sensor plus 2 optional electrochemical sensors and one optional IR sensor for CO2, datalogging, Operator`s Manual, and Rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride Battery. The main application is combustion efficiency and emissions checking.

- Snap on Heads : Unique Snap on Heads are available only from PID. The readout unit recognizes the head type and calibration factors when the heads are interchanged.
- Datalogging : Manual or automatic datalogging (7,000 points) is available. The 107 has a built in real time clock. Viewer software (Windows 98-XP compatible) comes with the 106.
- Programmable Voltage output : 0-1VDC
- Sensors : CG, capable of adding 1-3 optional sensors such as 30+ EC sensors.
- Library : There are libraries for the CG built into the 107 that are easily accessible. These libraries correct for the LEL and CG response factors at the same time. Te user is able to calibrate on methane and use "Respond As" to read LEL directly for propane, pentane or any other gas in the library.
- Single piece construction : The single piece construction (when the head and readout units are snapped together) of ABS plastic is very rugged and durable
- Display : Our 2 line by 16 character display can be backlit. The upper display provides the concentration and the bottom display provides the sensor, units, alarm and logging mode.
- Optional sampling system available : View our PDF for more information
- Ease of calibration : The two point calibration for the CG uses a zero gas and a span gas. The time to calibrate is about 40 seconds. The Cal button is located on the main menu for ease of use.
- ADC : Our 16 bit ADC provides a resolution of 1 part in 64,000 and our signal algorithm minimizes noise by signal averaging in the msec range.
