Pile Finishing Machine
The pile finishing machine is used during the production of pre-stressed concrete piles. The machine is designed to clean out the steel endplates which separate the piles in the mould. Therefore the machine uses a powerful vacuum system. With a manually operated suction tube the wet concrete is sucked out of the pile separator boxes. By cleaning out the boxes during the wet production a faster run of production as well as a longer lifetime of the separator boxes is achieved.
The removed concrete is collected in a hopper, this hopper can easily be removed from the machine for emptying and cleaning. In order to keep the suction tube clean and properly working, water is added to the tube during production. The machine is provided with its own water tank and pump. The wheelbase of the machine is adjustable, therefore the machine can be used on several sizes of moulds. The machine is hydraulically driven, the hydraulic unit is integrated in the machine. The machine is provided with a cable drum for which provides the machines electricity. Also it is possible to integrate a pile compacting section onto the pile finishing machine. The pile compacting section will give the top of the pile a smooth surface and will give the pile a good compacting. This is done by using on product designed vibrating feet, for each product the feet can be easily exchanged.
