The mould cleaning machine is used in the pre-stressed concrete foundation pile industry. After the ready piles are removed from the moulds, the machine will clean out the moulds by the use of a powerful vacuum system. In the forward run the machine will clean the top and inside of the moulds and on the way back it will automatically oil the moulds. The dust and concrete waste pieces will be separately in two different containers on the machine, the containers can be easily removed from the machine with the use of a forklift or gantry crane. The machine is operated by pushbuttons, a wired mobile control panel and a remote control. It is also possible to provide the machine with a fully graphic touch screen.

The Concrete Hoppers are available in several dimensions and can be widely used in the concrete elements and
pile production. The hydraulically driven hopper is provided with special stirrers, so there will be no effect on the SCC-mix in the hopper. The hydraulic unit and the electrical cabinet are integrated in the hopper frame, therefore power feeding through a plug on the crane hook is easily done. The hopper can be provided with a wired pushbutton panel, as well as with a remote control. If the hopper has more than one outflow opening, each opening can be controlled separately. The hopper is made of special hardened steel, however if wishful the inside of the hopper can be coated with a special coating for concrete. In case of power loss the outflow opening of the hopper will close automatically.

The pile finishing machine is used during the production of pre-stressed concrete piles. The machine is designed to clean out the steel endplates which separate the piles in the mould. Therefore the machine uses a powerful vacuum system. With a manually operated suction tube the wet concrete is sucked out of the pile separator boxes. By cleaning out the boxes during the wet production a faster run of production as well as a longer lifetime of the separator boxes is achieved.

The pile compacting machine is used during the production of concrete pile production. After the piles are being cast the machine compacts the concrete and gives the piles a smooth surface. The machine is multi-usable on several different sizes of moulds. This is created by giving the machine several an adjustable vibrating feet, these feet will be made on customer requested sizes. Although it`s a very compact machine, it even has his own onboard air compressor, the air is used as damper for the vibration as well as locking and moving the vibrating feet up and down. The movement of the machine is done by a electrical motor. The cable drum of the machine is provided with electrical end switches, the switch stops the machine when the cable is almost at the end. With the integration of the end switches the machine needs no operator, only to start and restart the machine.

The plotter is a compact fully automatic marking machine for marking directly on (wet) hollow Core slabs. The plotter can be used in a divers type of production processes. The plotter is able to draw all the further necessary work on the slab. The plotter also has the possibility to draw on top and on the side off the slab. With the VDW plotter it is also possible to draw company logo’s and write all slab details. A big advantage in this is that no extra identification tags need to be placed on the slab during production. The machine is battery powered by a 24 Volts DC battery cell. The battery charger is integrated in the machine.

The HM-1 puts lifting- hooks or pins into pre-stressed prefab concrete slabs during production. The machine operates semi-automatic and is controlled by a operator friendly operating panel. The machine can put hooks into hollow core slabs and/or lifting pins into solid slabs. The hooks will be placed with concrete, for the solid slabs no additional concrete is necessary. The machine is provided with his own hopper which can be filled with the necessary concrete to place the hooks. All the necessary settings e.g. concrete amount and slab heights are easily adjustable in the operator panel. The machine movements are done by a hydraulic power pack.

The wet saw is used in the prefab concrete industry, to cut split slabs during the casting process. By cutting the splits in the wet stage of the process, the efficiency of the production will be maximum improved. The saw can be positioned over the complete width of the slab, which gives you the full freedom to make every split which is necessary. The saw is operated electrically by using joysticks for positioning the saw. Because sawing takes place in the wet state of the concrete, no additional water is need to be put to the sawing blade. The machine`s driving speed is adjustable during the cutting process. The wet saw is electrical driven, powered by a 25 meter long extension cable, it is also possible to provide the saw with a cable drum and a preferred length of cable. The wet saw is custom built to your specific wishes, in other words a wet saw is a absolute completion and improvement on your concrete manufacturing process!

The plotter is a fully automatic marking machine for marking directly on the steel wide floor bed. The plotter is based on a 4 wheel base with full steel wheels of which two are driven by a servo-motor. The complete system is powered by a battery-pack and the battery charger is integrated in the machine. The machine positions with a laser distance measuring system (accuracy ± 2mm at 200 m) on a fixed reference at the start point (or end point) of the bed. The plotter can be provided with a 7 or 16 dots Print Head for marking the top of the steel bed. Depending on the type of print head that is used the plotter can draw lines, company logo`s and write all kinds of information on the bed. The plotter is controlled by a industrial PC and a touch screen, the operating system is Windows. The plotter is provided with a wireless Ethernet connection and can be integrated in the customers network including firewall and virus protection systems.

The wide slab casting machine is used to cast pre-stressed wide floor elements. The machine can be operated manually, semi- or fully-automatic. A USB stick is used to load the data for the bed into the machine, the machine can read directly AutoCAD DXF files. It is also possible to transfer the data wireless. The bottom side of the hopper is provided with 24 independent working valves, these hydraulic valves divided over the complete width of the slab make it possible to cast any wishful shape of element. The hopper of the machine is provided with a weighing system, therefore the machine always knows it`s actual onboard concrete amount. The machine automatically calculates the amount needed for the next slab, If the amount left in the hopper is not enough the machine will not cast this slab and will wait for new concrete.
