Five Star PileForm™ F FRP Pile Rehabilitation Jackets with EnsureFIT meet and exceed marine engineering specifications for use in hostile marine environments where exposure to ice, floating debris, chemical pollution, oils, acids, salt water and where tidal action may occur.
PileForm™ F Pile Jackets, available in lengths from 10’ to 25’ (3.0 to 7.6 meters) and with wall thicknesses from 1/8″ (3.2 mm) to 1/2″ (12.7 mm), are tailored to meet diverse project needs. These jackets, offered in a translucent finish or with a gel coat in any specified color, combine robust protection with aesthetic versatility. Their design compatibility includes a variety of structural forms such as square, round, rectangular, octagonal, hexagonal, H-beam, and T-beam shapes, ensuring an ideal fit for specific requirements. Custom sizes are also available, enhancing the jackets’ adaptability and making them a key solution for the longevity and safety of marine and bridge structures.
