RTP pipe is known as reinforced thermoplastic pipe, the inner thermoplastic pipe, the material for PE80, PE100, PA, PERT and PVDF and other thermoplastics, the intermediate layer for a specific angle of intertwined layers of reinforcing materials, materials such as aramid fibers, polyester fibers, glass fibers and steel wires, etc., the outer layer of the protective layer, generally for the addition of the anti-aging and UV resistance of the HDPE layer. RTP pipeline has good flexibility and high pressure-bearing capacity, burst pressure is greater than 60Mpa, working pressure can reach 32Mpa, can coil supply, long distance without joints and fast laying, mainly used for oil, natural gas, high pressure water and special fluid transportation field.
Composition
