Planar Motor - Model M3 XBot -Magnetic Motion System
The M3 XBot system from Planar Motor represents an advanced development in magnetic levitation technology, designed to enhance precision movement applications. These XBots leverage strong directional permanent magnets, providing magnetic levitation above the Flyways surface, which is essential for maintaining a secure environment for product and accessory transportation. XBots (movers) are magnetically levitated above the surface of Flyways. They rely on incredibly strong directional permanent magnets which focus the magnetic field beneath them and minimize it above the XBot, creating a safe mounting surface for products and accessories. With multiple threaded mounting holes and dowel pin locations, there are many possibilities for fixturing. M3 XBots are available in sizes starting at 120mm x 120mm and larger.
