Ennex - Plastic Bottles Sorting Plant

In preceding sorting plants light materials are separated in that way that the material stream plastic bottles is already enriched on a high level with the target fractions PET-clear, PET-light blue, PET green and PET. A combination of machinery for perforation and screening as well as conveying technology for equalization and isolation optimizes the presentation of the material streams for the optical separation systems. NIR-separators with a combined material and colour identification guarantee a high sorting quality. The purity is achieved by a cascaded sorting chain of positive and negative sorting of the desired fractions. The optimisation of the profit can be realized by purification of the residual streams. The target fractions are controlled manually afterwards in order to extract non-beverage-bottles and other parts of the same material
