EES - Plastic Part Runner Separator

Product to be separated : Flat dripper and runner. Size of dripper : (LXBXT) : To be Provide by customer. Minimum dimension of runner : To be provide by customer. Through put with 8 sec cycle time : 7 lac pieces per day or 29000 pieces per hour or 500 pieces per min of product and 125 pieces of runner shall be separated. Foot print of machine : 1m Long X 0.6 m wide X 1.5m adjustable height up to 1 m. Dripper outlet : Below the machine and runner at outlet of drum. Material of Construction of contact parts: Stainless steel / Plastic. Frame : Mild steel Powder coated with adjustable angle for drum 0-20 deg. Drive : AC Geared motor ( Bonfigloli) with friction drive. RPM – 20 RPM. Top hood : Acrylic/ PC formed cover.
