Eagle Vizion optical sorters have the ability to detect different types of PET bottles (with / without caps, with/without labels, with/without addition of other plastics) thus, giving the ability to produce a high purity of PET. Another application is to combine optical sorting units to existing washing lines. Optical sorting units can be used as a primary sorter or as a secondary sorter for plastic flakes after the shredding / drying process. This sorting application can be done by either color or by type.
