The SF 200 sheet filter was developed especially for the specific requirements of small quantities in real-world applications and is suitable for filtering slightly turbid liquid foods. It is mainly necessary for sterilizing or clarifying filtration and is used as a laboratory filter as well as a wine and spirits filter.

The construction of the SF 200
  • The filter frame is equipped with central spindle pressing.
  • The available size of the filter rack is suitable for a maximum of 15 filter sheets.
  • The filter frame and fittings are made of stainless steel (SS 304).
  • The filter plates are made of the proven HOSTALEN thermoplastic. Therefore, the sheet filter is suitable for all foods, is heat resistant up to 130°C and unbreakable. As an alternative, it is also available in stainless steel (SS 304).
  • We also supply the SF 200 with an attached or separate centrifugal pump (single-phase or three-phase alternating current).
