• A naturally hydrophobic PTFE membrane rated at 0.2µm in liquids and 0.01µm in gases
• Polypropylene support

All cartridges are thermally bonded and adhesive free. Each unit is pre-flushed with ultra-pure water and integrity tested before final assembly

• Can be steam sterilised

• Meet current US FDA CFR Title 21requirements
• Fully integrity testable by Water Intrusion, Bubble Point or Diffusion Flow test
• All B grade modules are integrity tested during manufacture

Suitable for most sanitisation regimes including steaming, autoclaving, hot-water flush and most common sanitising agents.

Sterilisation and Sanitisation
Steam or Autoclave: 136°C for 30 mins (100 cycles)
Hot Water: 90°C for 30 mins (0.2 bar Ap max)

Forward Flow: 5.0 bar @ 20°C
Reverse Flow: 2.1 bar @ 20°C
