NOVUS Airtower Compact - Plug & Play Extraction System
The compact Plug & Play extraction system with the smallest space requirement. The NOVUS Airtower Compact is a small extraction unit for aerosols, industrial dusts and fumes. Miniaturized and reduced to the bare essentials, it can be quickly set up in the production room or mounted on the wall as a plug & play device.
An all-around efficient setup
The AIRTOWER compact operates with a one- to four-stage filter process. In the first filter pocket, the intake room air is filtered safely, economically and microbiologically inactive. The second filter stage can be selected in various qualities to suit fumes, dusts and aerosols. In the case of welding fume applications, a metal mesh is placed upstream of it. Finally, the filter mats ensure draft-free recirculation of the cleaned air.
Equipped with an energy-efficient EC fan, the AIRTOWER compact can be operated with a nominal volume flow rate of 4,250 m3/h or 3,400 m3/h. If no installation space is available, the compact unit can also be mounted on the wall.
AIR RECIRCULATION
Adapted to requirements - Diffuse or piping
To ensure that this mobile extraction system can be adapted to your needs with maximum flexibility, we currently offer the AIRTOWER compact with two air recirculation variants:
- If the installation height is low, the air can be diffusely recirculated into the room via the discharge openings in the lower module.
- By connecting a pipe on the pure air side, a greater installation height can be realized as well as a demand-oriented and precise air recirculation. Up to three pipe strings can be connected for this purpose. The supply air flow can be controlled by means of dampers
