Pneuflex - Model PT, R, BSPT -Thread Composite Push Composite Push
Composite push in fittings for metric / inch tubing, PT, R, BSPT connection thread come in a variety of types, moulds and sizes to satisfy various tube demands. Our composite push in fittings could accept both metric and inch tube. Working pressure from 0~1.0Mpa (0~150psi), Working temperature from 0~60ºC (32~140ºF). Accommodate metric tubing O.D ranging from 4mm to 16mm, inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". Thread sizes range from 1/8 to 1/2.
The release sleeves of Pneuflex composite push in fittings have multiple colors: Blue, Black, Orange, Red, Orange, Gray. The shape of sleeves could be oval and round. Meanwhile, Pneuflex could make custom color. Take below image for reference.
- Release collar and Lock-claw built in the push in fittings allows easy connection and disconnection of tubing without causing damage to the tube.
- With a thread model, the tubing direction of push in Elbows, Tees and Branches can be changed freely even after installation.
- All Pneuflex`s push in fittings are RoHS compliant.
Note: this kind of push in fittings are not intended for use in potable water systems. Pneuflex`s 316 stainless steel push in fittings and 316L stainless steel push in fittings could be used in potable water systems.
