Jogler Biography

Jogler, LLC was originally incorporated in 1965 by Jerry O’Grin and Larry E. Reynolds. Their primary line of products were Direct-Reading level gauges and the in-line flow indicators. The company was purchased by Bill Jackson, a commercial HVAC supplier. In 1994 Jogler began to market a line of Magnetic Level Gauges primarily to the oil and gas industry in the gulf coast region of the United States.

Jogler was acquired by Tony Harper in July of 2013. Tony has over 25 years of experience in the process control industry, most recently as the former owner of K-Tek LLC until its sale in 2008 to Ampersand Ventures (a private equity firm). Tony Harper, CEO has an extensive knowledge in level measurement technologies and was instrumental in design and development of the Magnetic Level Gauge and Magnetostrictive Transmitter products. Tony’s passion for design led to the improvements in visual indicators used on the Jogler Magnetic Level Gauges by eliminating the common flipper breakage and twisting problems that are present in the industry.

Rao Sanampudi – President – Has over 36 years experience in the process control industry in various management positions with Fisher Controls, Emerson, K-Tek and ABB. Rao received BE (mechanical engineering) from India, MS from University of Nebraska, and MBA from Drake University.

Tyler Harper – Manager Inside Sales – Received BS in Mathematics with concentration in Actuarial science from Louisiana State University and worked for Starmount / Always Care benefits as Underwriter / Actuarialist under training.
