Poly E devices designed and made by the EMI Company are an excellent instrument wherever the polyelectrolyte is used. Our long experience in the water and waste water technology has created the devices, which ready to implement in your applications.
Polyelectrolyte preparing and dosing systems have many different applications such as:
- water and waste water technology,
- paper industry.
Poly E devices are made in different variants and with various capacities. Automation of devices which prepare the polyelectrolyte solution is based on a microprocessor controller. A device setting can be changed by a control panel. The quantity of dosing powder polyelectrolyte or of its concentrated liquid form depends on the amount of diluting water and the adjusted concentrate of polyelectrolyte solution.
Poly E device is available in the configurations below:
- Poly E/A2 – fully automatic two compartment preparation and dosing polyelectrolyte device,
- Poly E/A3 – fully automatic three compartment preparation and dosing polyelectrolyte device,
- Poly R – manual preparation and dosing polyelectrolyte device.Unusual devices are manufactured on request.
Available option:
- the third compartment mixer (available in A3 version),/li>

- a dosing pump with a speed controller
- electromagnetic flow meters
