Biological Treatment
SBR Reactors
The way of working of our biological treatment plants (SBR) is based on low loaded active sediment without oxygen stabilization of sediment together with biological nitrification and denitrification. Those treatment plants consist of single container, where the same processes as in typical treatment plants ( flowing type) take place, but without initial and secondary settler.

Polyelectrolyte Units
Poly E devices designed and made by the EMI Company are an excellent instrument wherever the polyelectrolyte is used. Our long experience in the water and waste water technology has created the devices, which ready to implement in your applications.
Flotation System
DAF systems are a useful tool to solve problems with sewage treatment and separation of the sediment. In our installations we use technical solutions that are characterized by reliability, by optimal usage of energy. Control of the whole system is done by PLC controller with a touch screen. Transparency and simpliness of menu allows the user to watch the work of the system and change the parameters of single devices if necessary. What is more, our flotation systems are always equipped with a flow meter which is connected with frequency inverter to realizing constant flow of sewage by DAF device and a pH controller which dosing automaticly neutraliser to hold correct pH.
Mechanical Treatment
Curved Sieves
The cleansed medium flows into a specifically designed, static input from the welded slotted sieve where the separation of the contamination begins. The filtered liquid gets to the collector with a pipe at the bottom from which it flows out naturally or with the use of pressure. The separated contamination are removed from the device.
Press for Waste
The device is used to decrease the volume of residues. Most often used directly after the rotary sieves thanks to which the separated residues are dehydrated and can be stored in containers, etc. It is often used in environment protection and other industries.
Basket Grates
The aim of the grate is to remove contamination, which are in the form of constant substance, from sewage. The standard gap between rods amounts to 20 mm. The grate is mounted in the part of the well, where sewage are supplied by pipe channel.

QuickMBR - Packaged MBR treatment plant
EasyMBR is a packed plant assembled in EMI production facility and shipped to customer with all elements required to treat industrial wastewater. It features mechanical treatment and a membrane biological reactor, together with all auxiliary equipment and controls. Plant design was optimized for achieving best performance on limited footprint. Our basic unit fits in a standard 40-foot/12meter container. EasyMBR has a distinct set of features which make it uniquely easy to install and operate. All of media can be quickly connected on flanges, there is a built-in CIP system with all dosing pumps. Control software and hardware allow remote access. The container is custom-built to enable year-round operations with heating and ventilation. Inner walls, ceiling and floor are made of stainless steel for life-long durability.Flotation
EMI - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit
Flotation is a renowned method for separating suspended solids, oils and fat from waste water. EMI dissolved air flotation units were designed to perform the process in optimal conditions. Raw waste water is mixed with precisely dosed chemicals in a pipe flocculator neatly composed with main unit or placed separately. Air dissolving happens in controlled
conditions within high-effciency saturation unit.
Polymer Units
EMI - Alternating Polyelectrolyte Preparation Unit
Construction of batch units was designed for excellence in preparation of polyelectrolyte. Separate tanks for dilution&maturing and storage provide ultimate quality of solution. Mature product has no contact with fresh portion, every drop is staged for equal time. Maturing tank is placed over storage tank and the transfer is done with the force of gravity. Controls of the batch units allow to control the solving process in every detail, including mixing schedules and maturing time.
EMI - Compact Poly Unit
Most compact unit designed for the sole purpose of diluting polyelectrolyte emulsion. Construction focused on minimum size and simplicity. Applicable where polyelectrolyte consumption is low and purchase and running costs have to be kept at lowest level. This compact unit consists of a emulssion storage tank, a pump and dilution tank with a mixer. It offers a unique feature of supplying solution without a pump, using the raw water pressure to supply the product.
