Press for Waste
The device is used to decrease the volume of residues. Most often used directly after the rotary sieves thanks to which the separated residues are dehydrated and can be stored in containers, etc. It is often used in environment protection and other industries.
The residues are moved directly from the rotary sieve or a different device into the conic charging hopper from which they are transported with a screw to the pressing chamber. Here, they are washed and dehydrated and transported outside. Additionally, the press can be equipped with a pressure lid at the outlet of the device which causes an additional dehydration of the residues. The press can operate in a continuous and cyclic mode. Heating system which is used in case of installing the device outdoors is an additional equipment.
In order to choose an appropriate press type, the following information is necessary: the intended use, efficiency, type of pressed residues, expected dehydration degree, etc.
