Proimpact - Model P1312 -Primary Impact Crusher
Primary Impact Crusher has a high crushing capacity thanks to its unique crushing chamber design. The crushing process is carried out by the force generated by the crushing of the fed material against the crushing walls of the rotor pallets. The parts exposed to this force are crushed and again exposed to the movement of the rotor pallets and are subjected to this process until they reach the desired size. The positions of the impact walls can be adjusted easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders according to the desired product size.
Crusher body is manufactured as two independent parts and the upper body is articulated from the rear of the lower body. Thus, the upper body can be opened easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders during maintenance. There is a lock piece to ensure that the body that is open during maintenance is fixed.

Primary Impact Crusher is highly preferred in non-hard and less abrasive mines, limestone and gypsum production facilities, crushing and screening facilities due to its high size reduction ratio and high performance.

High Impact Force
Primary Impact Crusher is specially designed against instantaneous impacts as a working system. The rotor, which is driven by a belt-pulley mechanism and a powerful electric motor, has a high amount of kinetic energy. The pallets on the rotor transfer this kinetic energy to the fed material as impact force. With the effect of this impact force, the material moves towards the pendulums at a very high speed and this force is damped by the pendulum and the pendulum mechanism.
Therefore, the impact force applied by the pallets and the resistance force applied by the pendulums ensure the crumbling of the fed material.
The material fed until it reaches the size to pass through the gap between the Pendulum Lining and the rotor pallet is subjected to this application.
Ease of Maintenance and Adjustment
Equipped with a hydraulic system, the PROIMPACT series Primary Impact Crusher allows the upper body to be fully opened with hydraulic pistons for operations such as changing wear plates, changing rotor blades.
In order to adjust the distance of the pendulums with the pallet, it is sufficient to use the hydraulic pistons to which the pendulums are attached. Thus, you can set the desired product size in a very short time.
Different Units
Primary Impact Crushers can be produced as mobile, fixed steel feet, fixed concrete feet, and fixed skid chassis, depending on the location and purpose of use of the facility.
In the mobile chassis type, the feeding unit, crusher and output conveyor are coupled into one piece. It is very advantageous in terms of ease of installation and transportation.
In types with fixed steel feet and fixed slide chassis, it is positioned on a very rigid steel structure, coupled with the feeding unit, and is designed to be disassembled as much as possible for ease of installation.
In the fixed concrete footed type, the chassis feet are made of concrete instead of steel. A rigid chassis made of structural steel is placed on concrete feet. Crusher and feeding unit are placed on this chassis.
