Primary Impact Crusher has a high crushing capacity thanks to its unique crushing chamber design. The crushing process is carried out by the force generated by the crushing of the fed material against the crushing walls of the rotor pallets. The parts exposed to this force are crushed and again exposed to the movement of the rotor pallets and are subjected to this process until they reach the desired size. The positions of the impact walls can be adjusted easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders according to the desired product size.

High Impact Force

With the effect of this impact force, the material moves towards the pendulums at a very high speed and this force is damped by the pendulum and the pendulum mechanism.

Primary Impact Crushers can be produced as mobile, fixed steel feet, fixed concrete feet, and fixed skid chassis, depending on the location and purpose of use of the facility.

In the mobile chassis type, the feeding unit, crusher and output conveyor are coupled into one piece. It is very advantageous in terms of ease of installation and transportation.

In types with fixed steel feet and fixed slide chassis, it is positioned on a very rigid steel structure, coupled with the feeding unit, and is designed to be disassembled as much as possible for ease of installation.

In the fixed concrete footed type, the chassis feet are made of concrete instead of steel. A rigid chassis made of structural steel is placed on concrete feet. Crusher and feeding unit are placed on this chassis.
