It provides long life with its high-strength design and material quality. All of the inner surfaces of the mixer body that come into contact with the concrete mixture are covered with plates that show high resistance to abrasion. Ready-mixed concrete production should be completed as soon as possible. The homogeneous mixing of cement and aggregate  with each other ensures high strength of the concrete and obtaining the expected quality. The mixer outlet cover is connected to the pneumatic piston. These pneumatic pistons are coupled to the automation system and programmed to provide the best concrete flow at the right time for the discharge door.

The body is produced with a welded joint in a high-strength structure with its design and material quality. In the interior where the mixing takes place, the entire body surface is covered with wear-resistant replaceable linings. In this way, it has a very long working life.

The jaw crusher crushes the stones with the high pressure force it applies to the material. Mechanical pressure is applied using the two jaws of the crusher. Thanks to this elliptical flow of motion, the material to be crushed is crushed and falls under the influence of gravity through the wedge-shaped gap between the two jaws. This gap is called the crushing gap and can be adjusted according to the desired product size.

Primary Impact Crusher has a high crushing capacity thanks to its unique crushing chamber design. The crushing process is carried out by the force generated by the crushing of the fed material against the crushing walls of the rotor pallets. The parts exposed to this force are crushed and again exposed to the movement of the rotor pallets and are subjected to this process until they reach the desired size. The positions of the impact walls can be adjusted easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders according to the desired product size.

It is highly preferred in aggregate production, especially when cubic material is desired. They take part in the tertiary stage in the crushing and screening processes. It produces highly thin material.

Inclined screens are very important for all mineral processes. The process of grouping the bulk material containing pieces of different sizes in at least two size ranges is called screening. The screening process is referred to as the "classification process" in mineral processes.  Screening panels with specific sizes of mesh are attached to the screen body.   While the fed material moves on the screen panel with the vibration of the body, the pieces smaller than the mesh gap pass to a lower screen panel with a smaller mesh size to be screened again. 

There are grates made of cast or sheet metal as screen panel on the top deck where material is fed. The pieces passing through the distance between these grates pass to the lower screen panel. In the lower decks, perforated sheet metal or steel mesh screen is used as a screen panel. This type of screen is generally used to quickly bypass the fine material between two crushing stages. Heavy-duty materials should be used, as they will be involved in the classification of very coarse materials.
