Projects Under Construction

After projects are awarded and contracts completed, the MWA staff hosts a pre-construction meeting with the awarded contractor(s).  Normally, a "Notice to Proceed" (NTP) is delivered at this meeting.  The project start and end date are posted in the NTP as well.  At this point, the project is under construction and continues until the project is accepted by the MWA as completed.  Current projects under construction are divided into three areas:
