ProtEX-MAX - Model PD8-6000 -Explosion-Proof Process Meter

The ProtEX-MAX combines the advanced features and informative display of the ProVu with a unique explosion-proof enclosure for hazardous areas. The PD8-6000 integrates all the features and functions of the popular PD6000 panel meter into a modern, fully-approved explosion-proof enclosure that includes through-glass SafeTouch buttons, RS-485 serial communications with Modbus, and 4 digital inputs and outputs standard. Its dual-line 6-digit display (999,999), advanced signal input conditioning, function keys, and Modbus RTU serial communications, are only a few of the features found on the PD8-6000. Options include adding a SunBright sunlight readable display, up to 4 relays, a 4-20 mA analog output, and a second 24 VDC power supply. A dual-scale feature designed for level applications allows a single analog input to be displayed in two different scales (ie: height and volume).
