Corodex DialysisPure - Purification of Water

The packaged Corodex DialysisPure includes the following parts and components:

• Softener: To remove Calcium and Magnesium hardness from raw water
• Activated Carbon Filter: To remove organic matters and Chlorine from raw water
• Duplex Micron Cartridge Filter: PVC cartridge filters with pleated 5 micron cartridge filters to remove suspended solids down to 5 micron.
• Reverse Osmosis (RO): To remove all dissolved solids by more than 96%.
• Treated Water Storage Tank: 304 Stainless Steel Tank with Microbiological Air Breather to minimize bacterial contamination of treated water to store RO permeate water.
• Treated Water Circulation Pump: 304 Stainless Steel pump to circulate purified water through the UV sterilizer and the microbiological filter.
• Ultraviolet (UV) Sterilizer: Sterilization of treated water prior dialysis machines.
• Micro-Biological Filter: To polish treated water from dead bacterial cells and suspended solids down to 0.2 micron in size.
• TDS meter: To measure TDS in treated water.
• Main Control Panel: For automatic control and monitoring of the plant operation.
• Sampling valves: To collect samples for analysis from various production points.
