CIE - Model D.I. -Purification Plants
Purification plants with Ion Exchange (I.X.) technology, able to deliver demineralized water with low salt concentration and conductivity to be used within process or as a recycle of rinse waters. The CIE systems employs a unique regeneration process where HCl and NaOH usage are optimized and the regeneration of this reverse osmosis technology allows to the waste’s volumes a decrease of 50% of current. Purification plants with Ion Exchange treatment plants (I.X.) are able to deliver demineralized water with a low salt concentration and conductivity able to produce process quality demineralized water for either rinse water recycling or once through operations. An OXIPUR unit is a small, device that connects directly to an anodising tanks, continuously removing Aluminum as it dissolved: into the process bath as a result of anodizing.
The heart of the OXIPUR unit, the resin column has the ability to adsorb Sulfuric Acid while rejecting the Aluminum salt to waste. The acid can readily be eluated from the resin by simply washing with water.
OXIPUR unit has the flexibility to be connected to one tank or several tanks.
