Qilee - Containerized Boiler Water Softening System
Our Containerized Boiler Water Softening System is a integrated, mobile water treatment solution specifically designed to meet the high-quality water requirements of boiler operation. By removing hardness-causing ions (such as calcium and magnesium), suspended solids, organic matter and other impurities from raw water, the system ensures that the boiler feed water meets national and industrial standards, effectively preventing scale formation, corrosion and fouling in the boiler. The containerized design enables quick deployment, easy transportation and flexible installation, making it suitable for various scenarios including industrial parks, construction sites, remote mining areas and temporary boiler projects.

Integrated Containerized Design
Adopts standard shipping container (20ft/40ft optional) as the carrier, integrating all process modules, pipelines, valves, instruments and electrical control systems. It eliminates the need for on-site civil engineering and complex pipeline connection, realizing "plug and play".
Modular Structure
Each treatment unit (pretreatment, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, ion exchange, etc.) is designed as an independent module. It is convenient for maintenance, replacement and capacity expansion, and can be customized according to the actual water quality and water volume requirements of customers.
Compact Layout & Space Saving
The internal layout of the container is scientifically optimized, making full use of the space. The system has a small footprint, which is especially suitable for projects with limited on-site space.
Intelligent Operation & Control
Equipped with a high-performance electrical control system, it realizes automatic monitoring, automatic adjustment and automatic protection of the entire treatment process. The man-machine interface is friendly, and the operation status, water quality indicators and fault information can be displayed in real time, reducing manual intervention.

Note: The above parameters are based on conventional design using surface water as the raw water source. For special raw water (e.g., high fluoride, high arsenic, brackish water, etc.), additional processes (such as RO Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, etc.) will be equipped. The finished water quality can meet the "Standards for Drinking Water Quality" (GB 5749-2022) or even higher standards.
