Quantek - Model Q41 -Rackmount-2U CO2 Analyzer System
The Quantek Model Q41 is our next generation portable CO2 analyzer. Use it for process systems, inline testing, along with many other types of applications. This microprocessor-controlled instrument features onboard data collection, a TFT full color screen, built in analog output (0-5V), and EasyCal calibration using the touchpad. Additionally, it can be outfitted with options such as a sample pump, or a 12-hour runtime internal battery. Readings can be exported to USB thumb drive as CSV file for further processing. The Q41 comes with a power supply, thumb drive, and consumable accessories. Lead Time: 3-6 business days.
Next Generation Technology
Introducing the Q41, the next generation of Quantek analyzers. This analyzer utilizes the latest in microprocessor based sampling, and comes equipped with an advanced TFT display, smart charging, onboard data collection, advanced pump functions, and EasyCal calibration controls.
Long Life, Stable Sensors
The Model Q41 incorporates the latest fast response CO2 sensor, which allows results to be obtained in 15-25 seconds for rapid spot checks, or run continuously for process monitoring. The CO2 detector is a dual wavelength NDIR sensor with a theoretically unlimited lifespan.
Easy Sampling Method
The Q41 series sample inlet and outlet are located on the rear panel for ease of access. By default, both fittings are 1/8” stainless steel Swagelok. Other inlet/outlet configurations are available upon request. Some examples include standard luer fittings, ¼” Swagelok fittings, or a sample probe. We can recommend or customize fittings to give the most seamless sampling experience for whatever system you may have.
User Friendly, Accessible Controls
Navigate the user-friendly interface, and you can adjust the CO2 calibration, pump time, and other parameters on the fly. There’s no need to reboot and no need to warmup – it’s as easy as it gets.
About the Sensor
The infrared CO2 sensor utilizes NDIR technology for maximum stability, and has a theoretically unlimited lifespan. It has no moving parts, no consumables, and is housed in a compact optical cell. The sensor responds to CO2 only. The sensor is unaffected by high levels of background gases such as nitrogen or oxygen.
Warranty Statement
The Model Q41 is backed up with a two-year warranty, twice the industry standard. Our service team responds quickly to the repair needs of our customers, and repairs and calibrations are conducted in our advanced facility in Massachusetts.
