BRAVE B-Curious is an advanced nanotechnology device designed for continuous, real-time characterization of nanoparticles. Utilizing the innovative OptoFluidic Force Induction (OF2i®) method, it surpasses traditional techniques like Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA), and Laser Diffraction by providing detailed insights into all particle populations within a sample. The device can measure up to 1000 particles per minute with single-particle sensitivity, offering representative and statistically relevant results. Its applications range from medical research on vaccines and drug delivery to laboratory analysis of complex systems, including lipid-injectable emulsions and water samples. The platform supports various modules for concentration determination, time-resolved sizing, and Raman spectroscopy, providing flexibility for specialized research needs. Additionally, it includes an automated self-cleaning cycle and can handle detection ranges from 50 nm to 50 µm, depending on sample conditions.
