Bombas - Model Trief -ACP -Reciprocating Rotary Piston Pumps with Heat Chamber
Self-priming, reversible volumetric positive displacement pumps, with strong suction power and a high volumetric efficiency. The ACP model has a built-in heat chamber which is useful for heating and cooling the product. The chamber is situated on the opposite side from the action.
The TRIEF pump creates four overlapping strokes of the piston and each turn of the rotor, which produce a uniform discharge, with pulsation reduced to a minimum.
Because of the piston action and the watertight adjustment of the moving parts, a high level of volumetric efficiency is achieved. Highly viscous liquids are handled with an exceptionally high volumetric efficiency, while more dilute and volatile liquids are handled with small losses through the parts of the pump.
Liquids sensitive to agitation are handled with reduced or non-existent mechanical movements.
They are especially suitable for liquids that are sensitive to agitation.
For transferring light products:
Olive oil, thermal oils, vegetable oils, acetones, alcohols, benzol, styrene, hexane, xylene, diesels, petrols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, kerosene, toluene, white spirit, etc.
For transferring viscous products:
Industrial oils, mineral oils, adhesives, additives, tars, asphalt, varnishes, polyvinyl chloride, urea or phenolic glues, cosmetics, toothpastes, detergents, emulsions, fuel oil, greases, isocyanate, soaps, molasses, paraffins, refinery pastes, paints, plastics, polyols, resins, silicates , motor oils, etc.
For transferring food products:
Food oils, creams, chocolate, icing, glucose, syrups, juices , butter, mayonnaise, jams, honey, pastes, biscuit batter, cake batter, tomato, etc.
