Regeneracija - Aquareg Bypass
The oil trap prevents oil, gasoline, diesel, lubricants, fuel oil and some other substances from leaking into the natural environment. These substances have a specific gravity less than water, which this light fluid separator uses as a principle of operation. Using gravity and a built-in coalescent filter, it separates light liquids and sludge from the water. The oil trap does not separate the water-soluble substances or the stable emulsions as this requires chemical treatment. Their use is obligatory at all gas stations, parking lots, car wash, mechanic shops and elsewhere where there is a danger of light liquids leaking into nature. The Aquareg oil catcher meets the requirements of BAS EN 858 1-2.
Impact:
The dirty water first drains into the settling tank, where the flow of water slows down, solid particles (eg sand, sludge) are separated and collected at the bottom of the settler. The contaminated water is then drained through special polypropylene plates in the oil trap. Larger droplets of light liquids collect and merge on the plates and are raised to the surface for less specific gravity. The smaller droplets are separated from the water by a coalescent filter. The purified water then flows out through the drain. The waste water purified in the Aquareg oil trap contains no more than 5 mg of light liquids per liter of water. Water purified in this way can be discharged into free surface waters according to current European standards. The required size of the oil trap is determined in accordance with the requirements of BAS EN 858 1-2. The oil trap complies with the requirements of BAS EN 858 1-2. All calculations and checks were made.
Installation:
A light liquid separator is installed near the source of the contaminated water. Separators are generally buried, can be freestanding, it is not advised to install indoors. Buried separators can be made for transit or non-transit surfaces. A light liquid separator must be available for maintenance and discharge. Care must be taken that light liquids do not leak out of the separator.
