Working closely with our suppliers we have sourced a range of quality resins to suit a wide range of site applications. Polyester (for Hot and ambient cure applications). Vinyl Ester (for chemical resistance applications). Epoxy (including variations on pot life). Brawo (For applications using Brawo liner). Silicate (including 3p and cure time modifications).
We are also happy to assist our customers in selecting the correct product for their application and arranging small batch blending of specialist products.
We have Vinyl Ester available from stock to assist our customers react to the specific chemical resistance requirements of certain sites.
A high grade Epoxy vinyl ester, which combines exceptional chemical resistance and an outstanding combination of heat resistance and flexibility. The resin is resistant to many alkaline media and hot water and offers good performance in contact with organic solvents. Our Product is 17% lower in reactive monomer content than standard Isophalic resins.
Epoxy Vinyl Ester is a widely excepted proven product that is not well known by smaller drainage contractors , partly because of its specialist nature and partly because it is not stocked as a common product by suppliers.
As many contractors venture into new markets where chemical resistance and heat stability become more of an issue, Epoxy Vinyl Ester becomes a more versatile solution.
