Sea-Marconi - Revolving Table for Preparation of Sample for DGA Analysis
Revolving Table is a tool designed to optimize and simplify the preparation of insulating oil samples for the analysis of Dissolved Gases (DGA) with the headspace gas chromatography technique. Developed and validated by Sea Marconi since 1999, the Revolving Table is currently used with satisfaction by numerous laboratories on an international scale for routine work. The instrument is essentially composed of a rotating drum equipped with 28 seats for 20 ml headspace vials, combined with the relative hermetic closure cap.
Revolving table allows to condition up to 28 vials (vials) under inert gas (Argon) with controlled flow, and to introduce the oil sample without atmospheric contamination (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, humidity, dust, etc.). The operations of dosing the sample, positioning the sealing cap and closing the vial (always under inert gas) are made easy and fast by the electronic crimper and the transparent plexiglass that facilitates every operation.
The system operates in a controlled regime for the use and repetitiveness of sample preparation thanks to the identification of the test tube, the monitoring of the internal pressure, the internal and external temperature of the system and thanks to the control of the inert gas flow (Argon).
