RHE - Tie Rod Hydraulic Cylinder
All Hydraulic Jacks are tested hydraulically as per IS specifications. Using Cylinder tubes are manufactured from cold drawn seamless tubes, having required surface duly finished to ensure longer life of oil seal. Rubber Oil-Seal to resist high fluid pressure. Nuts for Cylinder and Piston are made of steel, having high tensile and sheer strength or as per requirement of or customer. All parts are replaceable and accessible.
Chrome Plating Thickness
35-40 micron (min), to account for process variability, It is suggested that electroplater shall plan for 35 ± micron of thickness.
Pre-Plating Activity - We make sure that the electroplater are examined the significant surface of the bars for visible surface defects such as porosity, cracks or any other undesirrable discontinuity to the final finish and the bars are taken up for plating only when found satisfactory.
Micro Hardness
MICRO -hardness shall be minimum 800 HV when measured under 100gf load. This shall be measured after hydrogen de-embrittlement treatment if applicable.
