Chain lamella-type conveyor

Chain rubber conveyor
These are designed to transport heavy materials and large quantities up to a distance of 40 m. They are used for loading the sorting lines of balers and mills.

Rubber conveyor (flat or V style)
These are suitable for transporting medium-weight materials in small amounts up to a distance of 40 m. They can be designed as a sorting or reversible conveyor or serve as a loading conveyor for various types of machinery (NIR separator, air separator, ballistic separator, eddy current, etc.).

• can be flat or V construction
• EP 215 – 400 rubber, 6 –12 mm thickness, oil resistant
• system for cleaning the rubber (external or internal scrapers)
• robust construction of supporting rollers
• the reverse rollers are rubber
• built-in system to prevent materials from sliding under the rubber and conveyor
• possibility of creating an incline of up to 30°
• standard belt widths of: 600, 800,1000,1200,1400, 1800mm
• possibility of using a non-standard width

Sliding PVC conveyor
What are the features of the PVC conveyor?

• the sliding surface is made of PVC strips
• due to the small size and optimum construction this is the perfect solution for production facilities and machinery areas with space limitations
• designed for the transport of lightweight materials

Hopper conveyor

• Hopper conveyors are designed for the collection and transport of sorted grades into sorting cabins.

Chain elevators

• Chain elevators are designed for the transport of bulk materials and can be placed at an incline of up to 60°.
