Shur-Co - Model Xcalibur -Robust Hydraulic Sheeting System
The Xcalibur is a robust hydraulic sheeting system produced by Shur-Co for skiploaders, facilitating the swift and safe securing of loads from ground level. The system features a spring-loaded rollerbar designed to extend and retract the tarp, significantly reducing sheet damage. It also boasts Shur-Co's painted steelwork, which undergoes a meticulous six-point paint process that involves adhesive stripping, shot blasting, and degreasing. The steel is then coated with a zinc-rich primer followed by a barrier protective primer for enhanced corrosion resistance, finishing with a final coating meeting GSB and Qualicoat Class 1 standards. This process ensures optimal durability and color retention. Furthermore, the sheeting system supports compliance with health and safety regulations, making it a critical component for modern fleets. The Xcalibur is a robust hydraulic sheeting system for skiploaders. The operator adjusts the covering mechanism up and over the full range of skip bins allowing the load to be secured quickly and safely from ground level. A spring loaded rollerbar extends and retracts the tarp to reduce sheet damage.
Shur-Co painted steelwork has been through our industry leading 6 point paint process for durability and colour retention. It has been adhesive stripped, shot blasted, degreased and coated with both zinc rich primer and barrier protective primer for enhanced corrosion protection prior to receiving a final coating to meet GSB standard, Qualicoat Class 1.
