Hydraulics

• Outside controls standard : Inside cab controls optional
• Pump : gear type 40 gpm @ 1800 rpm, rated to 2500 psi
• Operating pressure: 1850 psi
• Valve 2 spool, 4 way with built in pressure relief
• Stingtail has 3 spool 4 way valve with built in pressure relief

Frame/Chassis

• Standard outside hoists are provided in 18`, 20`, 22`, and 24` models. Sub-frame assembly permits transfer of hoists to other chassis in the field. Direct mounting to your chassis is also available at the factory.
• Hoist frame is 8" x 4" x 1/2" seamless steel tubing.
• 7/8" steel core cable: Electro line and fitting (other types available).
• Multiple axles are available
• Mud flaps at rear (front of tandem optional)
• Outside rollers 4" dia. outside rail spacing 35 1/2 "Front stop, rear hold downs (one each side of hoist frame for standard)
• Five frame cross ties
• Automatic container release lock available
• Full width tail roller standard with subframe : optional on direct mount systems
• Stingtail hoist adds 60" to tilt hoist frame

Cylinders

• Stingtail cylinder has 4" bore, 60" stroke
• All 7" reeving and lift cylinders (self bleeding & double acting (DA))  : have interchangeable parts
• Piston rods are chrome alloy: no plating to flake off
