RotaCut - Model MXL -Wet Cutter
When developing the wet cutter RotaCut MXL, special attention was paid to taking into account the requirements of the vehicle design.
The design, specially developed for mobile use in tankers , provides efficiency up to 780 m3/h and can be integrated into the vehicle quickly and easily. The wet cutter RotaCut also fulfills a number of essential functions for mobile applications: Foreign materials such as stones and metal fragments are reliably retained in the generously sized heavy material separator. For example, when pumping liquid manure, the wet cutter RotaCut MXL homogenises the entire medium by cutting coarse and fibrous material. Propulsion power is usually provided by hydraulics found in most vehicles. Once the generously sized service hatch is opened, the separated heavy material can be easily removed, providing access to the cutter head for service and maintenance.

It stores these parts in the stone holder chamber to be cleaned through certain processes.

Media continuously flows through RotaCut. Foreign objects (stones, metal fragments, etc.) are separated by size or weight and can then be easily disposed of through a cleaning nozzle. All floating and suspended matter in the medium (fibres, hair, bones, wood, etc.) is transported by the liquid stream to the cutting screen and is reliably crushed by the rotating, self-sharpening blades – even hair and industrial fibers are no problem. Liquids containing solids are converted into pumpable, homogeneous suspensions. This makes the wet cutter RotaCut an effective tool for homogenizing heterogeneous media, which is increasingly needed in the food industry, slaughterhouses and biogas plants. Another important function of RotaCut is effective heavy material separation. Stones or metal pieces etc. What cannot be degraded is kept securely and channeled into a collection container. The wet cutter RotaCut thus effectively protects pumps, piping systems and biogas plant parts from damage caused by foreign bodies.
