Versatility
Used in applications such as solvent recovery, adhesives, molten sulfur, acids and caustics, these pumps can handle liquids with a wide range of flows, temperatures, pressures and viscosities:
To meet the demands of these applications, the ECO pump is available in a variety of materials of construction:
- Housings: 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy C
- Gears: 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, PEEK, Glass Filled PTFE
- Wear Plates: Carbon, Glass Filled PTFE, PEEK, Ceramic
- Bearings: Carbon P72 and P90, Glass Filled PTFE
- Sealing Options: Single and Double Mechanical Seals or Grafoil® Packing
- NPT, BSPT, ANSI Flanged or Sanitary Tri-Clamp connections option
- Close coupled or long coupled motor adapters
Metering or Transfer Applications:
- The ECO rotary gear pump is an economical alternative over conventional metering or transfer pumps, offering low initial cost, simplicity and minimum maintenance – particularly for applications less than 100 psig.
- A properly installed gear pump, with an application specific characteristic curve based on speed and pressure versus flow can offer a level of predictive maintenance not available with conventional diaphragm metering pumps.
Experience:
- Known for its rugged construction and dependable performance, ECO pumps represent the highest level of manufacturing excellence and quality control.
