Thordon - Model SXL -Rudder Bearings

Thordon pintle, stock and carrier disc bearings have been used for over 25 years with an impressive reference list of over 4000 commercial, Navy and Coast Guard vessels. Thordon SXL rudder bearings operate without grease above and below the waterline approved for pressures up to 12 N/mm² (1740 psi). SXL offers high abrasion resistance and can also withstand high shock loads, improving the wear life of the bearing. HPSXL TRAXL bearings and ThorPlas-Blue bearings are also available for grease-free steering and linkage applications and fin stabilizers.
