LCTech - Sample Preparation with DEXTech Plus
Automated PCB and Dioxin Analysis; DEXTech Plus sets new standards in regards of flexibility, reducing costs per sample and effortless handling.
The system is based on a 3-column-concept and necessitates a remarkable processing time of only 35 minutes. Hence, only one system is required (= one flow path) to process 3.500 samples per year. Solvent consumtion per run is very low.
By using different types of columns and free parametrization of methods, you have the opportunity to configure the DEXTech Plus system according to your requirements for each sample.
Evaluated standard methods, e.g. the default SMART method for processing in 35 minutes, are stored in DEXTech Plus. Additionly, the user can freely parameterise methods and save them in the system. The saved methods can be opened and modified via the password-protected touch screen at any time and then be saved again with a different name.
Easiest Handling with DEXTech Plus
Click columns into the column tower - "just click it". The tower will be automatically locked by a patented mechanism. Afterwards place the sample vial into the DEXTech Plus system. The sample will be automatically loaded via the syringe pump; however, at no time the sample will get in contact with the syringe pump itself. Therefore, cross contamination can be reliably excluded. For a quantitative transfer the sample reservoir will be rinsed afterwards.
The system is equipped with a pressure sensor for pressure monitoring, an overflow sensor for waste level control and a leakage sensor below a removable drip tray. Should one of the sensors send a signal, the system will stop processing. After elimination of the error, processing of the current sample will be continued.
As standard, DEXTech Plus is equipped with an USB interface to transfer the in the software generated processing protocols to a PC.
Up to 28 individual sample preparations can be saved. All sample related data are consequently stored for documentation, so the risk of data loss is excluded.
