Many municipal authorities are beginning to require facilities install a sampling port to sample effluent wastewater.  This includes a sample well or a separate chamber downstream of the facility.  In many cases, installation of a conventional sample well is a significant expense.  The Evaluwell offers an affordable and accurate alternative to the large sample wells.

Installation is Easy
The Evaluwell is designed with ease of installation in mind. It may be installed inside or outside the facility on the wastewater drainage piping.  An optional, field-modifiable extension collar is available to assist with plumbing to drainage piping that is deep in the ground.  The Extension Collar has demarcation lines for easy trimming in the field.  Evaluwell units are lightweight and can be easily carried and installed by a plumber or his helper.  The Evaluwell may be carried through commercial doorways and down commercial facility staircases.  Plumbing a Evaluwell is simple.

Operation is Easier

To take a sample, simply remove the Evaluwell cover.  Affix the sample jar onto the extending sample jar handle and insert into the bottom of the Well.  Using a street (or water meter) key, open the valve and take a first sample.  Empty this sample out as it may contain sediment & solids.  Take a second sample in the same manner - this will be the sample taken to the laboratory for analysis.
