San-I-Pak - Sharps Shredder Machine

The San-I-Pak Sharps Machine effectively grinds treated, full Sharps Container to the "unrecognizable" standard. The system uses a high-torque, low speed process, fully monitored by the PLC for jams. The system will react within 8/1000th of a second to blockage. This reduces the like! hoed of damaging shredder teeth or the motors for the system. The output of the system e discharged into a cart for dumping into the compactor.
