The electronic crimp-force monitoring system ACO 08 can be integrated into all Schleuniger benchtop crimping presses and into similar third-party products. The ACO 08 was designed to monitor the crimping processes while production is running. It analyzes each individual crimp force curfe in detail in order to optimize processing steps and document quality assurance.With its user-friendly interface, quick and easy setup, and simple referencing, operations and job management is made easy. A barcode interface makes job loading even simpler.The generaton of live-force diagrams while the crimping process is running, ensures fully functional quality products.
