The PreFeeder 1100 is a solid, reliable benchtop, puller prefeeding machine for cable reels up to 20 kg (44.4 lbs.) and cables of up to 15 mm (0.60") in diameter. This low-cost unit is ideal for feeding a wide range of wires and cables off small to medium-sized spools, with a maximum feed rate of 2.5 m/s (8.2 ft/s).The puller feeding system of the PF 1100 enables the machine to unwind cables not only from drums but also from cable racks with several different cables. This ensures a short changeover time.The PreFeeder 1100 features a quick lock cam mechanism for easy cable loading and fast changeover and comes with a standard interface for connecting to a downstream cable processing machine.
