Schleuniger PreFeeder - Model 3200 -Puller Prefeeding Machine
The belt-driven Prefeeder 3200, with a standard storage unit of 1800 mm, pulls cables from the spools with a pulling force of up to 330N processing cables of up to 35 mm (1.38"). The PreFeeder 3200 puller prefeeding system is available with different accumulator systems. In the prefeeding process, a pendulum arm pulls directly from the reel, eliminating downtime and enabling easy cable changeovers. Optionally, the pendulum storage system can be replaced with a loop limit control for feeding rigid cables and tubes up to 35 mm (1.38") into the processing machine. An additional inlet pendulum arm smooths spool acceleration during feeding. This makes the PreFeeder 3200 adaptable for various applications and cable types, ensuring easy handling and a high feeding rate of up to 2.5 m/s (8.2 ft/s). Integrated circuits ensure safe operation.
