Schleuniger PullTester - Model 27 -Benchtop Pull Force Testing Device

The benchtop PullTester 27 measures pull forces up to 2,000 and 5,000 N as standard or optionally 5,000 and 10,000 N of wire crimp and ultrasonic metal welding connections. The dual-range, motorized PullTester 27 measures pull-test forces of crimp and ultrasonic weld connections. This versatile machine comes in two versions with two individually calibrated measuring ranges each: the PullTester 27 (standard) measures pull forces of 2,000 and 5,000 N (440 / 1,100 lbf), while the special version, PullTester 27-10, works with 5,000 and 10,000 N (1,100 / 2,200 lbf).This dual-range capability ensures the highest accuracy for many applications. The speed-controlled motor provides consistent pull rates. Pull forces are measured in poundforce, Newtons, or kiloponds. The terminal holder can be manufactured based on customer needs and easily changed by a convenient quick change system. The PullTester 27 is suited for quality assurance in a production environment.
