Schleuniger PullTester - Model 320 -Motorized Pull Testing Machine
The motorized PullTester 320 is used with automatic crimping machines to measure pull-off forces of 100 N (22.5 lbf), 200 N (45 lbf), and 1,000 N (220 lbf) for wire terminations. This versatile machine has three individually calibrated measuring ranges of 100 N (22.5 lbf), 200 N (45 lbf), and 1,000 N (220 lbf) and four selectable pulling rates of 25, 50, and 100 mm/min (0.98, 1.97, and 3.94"/min) or high speed, offering high accuracy on a wide range of applications.Some standards specify that a test device must pull with a specific, constant rate, which can''t be guaranteed with hand-actuated or pneumatic pull-test devices. The PullTester 320 is equipped with a speed-controlled motor, ensuring consistent pull rates. All necessary testing parameters are programmed via the CrimpCenter EASY software and saved with individual jobs for easy recall.The standard 12-position terminal holder accommodates a wide variety of terminals to handle most applications.
