Schleuniger SawInspect - Model 6 -Compact Sawing and Inspection System for Crimp Cross Section Analysis
The compact SawInspect System 6 analyzes crimp cross-sections by integrating the SawPolish Unit 6, the MacroZoom Unit 1.3, and the ElectrolyteStaining Unit 6 into one system. The SawInspect System 6 provides crimp quality control for the wire processing industry. This compact sawing and inspection system allows users to create cross-sectioned samples in just a few quick steps. The individual sample is placed in the holder and aligned with a unique saw blade that ensures a clean cut. After cutting, the sample holder is swiftly moved from the blade to the microscope. It rotates 90°, providing a perfect view of the cross-sectioned sample. All necessary parameters can be analyzed using the CrimpLab software.The system can operate as a standalone unit or be mounted on an automatic machine. Various sample holders and the optional 0.2 mm VHM cutting blade enable the processing of diverse crimp contacts.
