Firewood - Scraper Conveyor
Scraper conveyors are used for transportation in horizontal or inclined directions of low-abrasive bulk cargo. The design of the conveyor consists of the following main parts: drive station, tension station, intermediate boxes, as well as a chain with scrapers. The load is moved in the scraper conveyor thanks to the scrapers, which are fixed on the traction chains and immersed in the bulk cargo. The chain with scrapers is located in the box, and the conveyor is loaded at the end of the conveyor.
We make conveyors of various width of scrapers (from 200 to 400 mm), productivity from 1 t / h. up to 40t / year. and length (usually up to 60 m horizontally), open or closed. We also make conveyors with height adjustment, on wheels, with loading and accumulation bunkers. Depending on purpose, loading and length the conveyor scraper is completed with the motor-reducer with necessary parameters.
Scraper conveyors are used in the woodworking industry, grain processing plants, transport galleries of mills and elevators, oil extraction and feed mills.
