Garratt - Screens
Garratt Screens are initially perforated and then are fastened using steel rivets on a lightweight aluminum frame.
We offer many different shapes and sizes of screens and generally have a large collection of built screens on hand. We are able to build custom screens if requested.
At Garratt Industries we attempt to manufacture our equipment to allow you to use screens for multiple products saving you money. Our PF 144, PF 216, RF 90, and RF 180 all use 54" wide by 48" long screens. Our S144 and V32D both use 32" wide by 54" long screens. Finally our V24D uses 24" wide by 54" long screens.
Garratt Screens are effectively cleaned while operating with the use of ball trays and rubber balls which bounce up and down underneath the screen removing most plugged material (over time you may need to scrape them clean depending on product).
