I Product overview
Screw pressing dryer is composed of pipe-type combined dehydrator, drying detector, sludge pump, polymeric compound dosing device, flocculation basin, screw press, screw conveyor, belt dryer, and bag filling device. The product first dehydrates and dries sludge, and then fills dried sludge into bags or silo. The entire drying process is finished in a low-temperature environment without effluent, and the maintenance cost is low.

Energy consumption: 0.33kWh/kg of water , the content of dry solid in outlet sludge is up to 90%
